Isotonic Sports Drink are designed to quickly replace the fluids which are lost by sweating. They also provide a boost of carbohydrates.

Why to make your own Sports Drink?

Because it is natural, you have control over all the ingredients.
Because it is easy.
Because it is cheaper.

You will need:

200ml of Fruit juice
1 l of water
A pinch of salt
(add some sugar or honey if you like sugary beverages, I don’t add any)

Mix them all together in a jug and it is ready! 🙂
